[phono-tx] Signing and emergent language

Hello and thank you so much for this forum; it gives me hope.  I was curious if
there is evidence or an ASHA position statement regarding use of sign language
as a means to improve expressive language in 20 month olds?   I looked for it in
various ways but came up with nothing.
