Hi Martin,
His father is Nigerian and his mother is Dublin/Irish. He does pronounce
the /r/. His production is not typical of Irish productions nor my
knowledge of Nigerian (there's a high population of people from Nigeria in
Ireland). I've only been in this position a month and as he is still
inconsistantly voicing as he was in his previous evaluation, I am
recommending tx for that, and monitoring of his vowels. I'm more than happy
to hear other opinions, though.
Thanks,
Jen
