Samantha,
Based on your samples I would target ICD only for now. I would determine which
consonants he is able to produce (clearly /b/is used) and start using them in CV
combinations. For the other part of his session (I guess I'm assuming you see
him at least 20 minutes) I would target those sounds he cannot say and work on
those, the exceptions being /r/, /l/ and frontal or lateralized sounds. I would
wait to target /k/ and /g/, unless he easily repeats them, but do them before
/r/, /l/ and lateralized sounds.
