I'm still new to the field, so I'm hopeful others will post suggestions as
well. I've found 'Eliciting Sounds: Techniques and Strategies for
Clinicians' by Wayne Secord to be very helpful. It gives suggestions on
using visual and tactile cues as well. I recall it being rather expensive
for its size, but it's been a good reference as I commit the cues to memory.
