Field Technicians
Ecological Communications Corporation (EComm) is hiring multiple crews of archeological technicians to serve on a variety of survey, testing and data recovery projects, which will begin in October and November in Texas and Oklahoma. These positions will be temporary full-time for one to four months. The base wage ranges from $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. Wages may be higher for certain federally contracted projects. Applicants must hold a Bachelors degree in anthropology/archeology, or a closely related field and have completed at least one field school or one year of field experience. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in Texas or Oklahoma. EComm will provide single room hotel accommodations and per diem or meal reimbursements for all projects not located in the greater Austin area.
EComm is a growing environmental consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. We serve federal, state, local and private clients throughout the greater southwest. The EComm environment is casual, collegial and family friendly.
