Project Manager/Historic Sites Archeologist
Successful candidates for this permanent, full-time position in our Lawrence, Kansas office must possess an M.A. or Ph.D. in Anthropology/ Archeology, have completed an accredited archeological field school, and have at least three years of experience. Specialization in historic sites archeology preferred; knowledge of Southern and Central Great Plains prehistory desired. This position requires superior field, writing, and interpersonal skills. Computer skills, artifact analysis, experience with report and proposal writing, and Section 106 training are desirable. Opportunity for advancement to significant management responsibilities is available for the right candidates.
This is a full-time, salaried, professional position with full benefits (paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; health, dental, and life insurance; and a liberal 401(K) plan). Salary is competitive and commensurate with educational and professional experience. EOE/AA
