Geo-Marine, Inc. is seeking three (3) Field Technicians for data recovery excavations at two archaeological sites in the state of Maine. The position will involve two, 10-day work periods between September 28, 2010 and October 31, 2010. One project area is at Bridgewater; the other is at Forest City.
These are temporary field tech positions subject to DOL Wage determinations. Hotel and per diem are provided.
Requirements:
Candidates must have BA/BS in Anthropology/Achaeology and have at least one year of excavation experience.
Must provide own transportation to project area.
Must be physically fit and able to conduct excavation in the potentially variable weather of Maine in October.
