[ShovelBums.Org] Principal Investigator, Mid-Atlantic Region

 

Richard Grubb & Associates (RGA) is seeking an experienced cultural resource management specialist for Principal Investigator to be based out of our main office in Cranbury, New Jersey. Most projects will be located in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland; however occasional projects could involve travel to surrounding states.
 
Principal Investigator: Minimum qualifications include an advanced degree in anthropology or archaeology, five years of experience as a Principal Investigator, extensive experience with the archaeology, history and ethnohistory of the mid-Atlantic region, experience with various federal and state cultural resource management regulations, a working knowledge of NEPA and Section 106, and successful management experience in supervising fieldwork, research, subconsultants, report preparation, and personnel. Monitoring experience is a plus. This individual must have demonstrated experience managing all aspects of cultural resource projects (from initial planning to completion). Superior communication and report writing skills are essential. He/she will also act as the direct contact with federal/state/county/municipal, and private clients, and interface with regulatory agencies.
