Allahabad Bank is nationalize bank and one of the large public sector which was started on April 24th 1865. Allahabad Bank is inviting application for Probationary officer for year 2011 having 1500 post(including ST-115,SC-225,Open-755 and OBC-405).

Processing amount:
Application amount for applicant will be Rs 400/-(Rs 50 for SC/ST

Educational qualification:
Bachelor degree from reputed university with 55% for OBC/Open (50% for SC/ST/PC),Computer knowledge like diploma in computer operation from NIIT, SSI, Aptech, CMC, DOEACC course /certificate (O/A/B/C) level etc.

What will be salary?
Tentative pay scale will be Rs.14,500-25,700/-

What will be age criteria?
As per as notification age must be in between 21 year to 30 year.There will be age relaxation 5 year for SC/ST and 3 year for OBC as on 01st January 2011

Selection procedure is based on written test and interview. according to merit list.Test will consist of objective type question subjecta included are Quantitative aptitude test,reasoning ability,English,General knowledge specially based on Banking Industry and computer knowledge
