Indian overseas bank-IOB is going to recruitment for for clerical cadre having 1110 post including in post from different states of Indian for various caste(ST-92,SC-165,OBC-238,open-605). Recently we have seen the Indian Overseas Bank PO recruitment 2011.

Required education
Twelfth from reputed board with 65%(60% for ST/SC/PC)or 60% in diploma in banking (55% for SC/ST/PC) reputed  by central/state government or Graduation with 50%(45% for SC/ST/PC) from reputed university.

Important dates:
On-line application  start from 04th March 2011 and end of date will be 25th March 2011 and same for payment of application
Date of written test will be 29th May 2011

Tentative Age for above application will be in between 18 to 28 year as on 01st January 2011 .There will be age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC

What will be application fee?
Rs 50/- only postage charge for SC/ST/PH Rs 250/- for OBC/Open including postage charge plus application fee.

Mode of selection:Selection procedure based on written test and through the  selective merit list, candidate will be called for interview

Syllabus for Written Exam:
Reasoning , English, numerical ability, general knowledge and computer knowledge. All posts are based on objective type question of 250 mark with time 150 minute

Pay scale will be Rs 7200-19300/-
