Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

Employee will take direction from a field crew leader (i.e. Archaeologist, Mid-Sr. Level) to complete data collection contractual requirements for Phase I, Phase I-intensive, and Phase II surveys.  The survey methods will include data collection, surveys (shovel testing, walkover, and surface observation) and site documentation and post-field documentation for contract deliverable reports.

Requirements:

• A summer internship in Archaeology is preferred. 

• Some experience conducting cultural resource survey on a military reservation is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in archaeology or other relevant area.

Salary:

$38,500 per year (Please note: salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.)
