Border Security Force (BSF) was established in 1st December 1965. Directorate General Border Security Force (BSF) is goint to recruit for various post such as Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer), Head Constable (Ministerial) and Constable.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) having 123 posts (Direct – 100, Department-23)

Head Constable (Ministerial) having 326 posts (Direct-203, Departmental-101, Ex-SM-22)

Constable(Daftry) having 19  posts (Direct-17, Ex-SM-2)
Minimum education:
Tenth or equivalent from reputed board

Required qualification for Head Constable (Ministerial) and Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) will be Twelfth (10+2 pattern) or tenth with 'Diploma in Secretarial Practice or modern office practice or Commercial practice from a reputed Board

What will be age limitation for above all three post?
Age must be in between 18 to 25 years

What will be salary for all above three post?
As per information available salary will be Rs 5200-20200/- with other benefit and DA also accommodation, uniform, LTC and medical facilities etc.

Candidate must possess some physical standered for applicable for next post

What will be end date for application submission?
Applicant have to submit for above post on or before 15th May 2011. For remote area people 30th May 2010

Processing amount:
Crossed Bank DD / Indian PO for Rs. 50/-  for Open/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of  The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office.
