• Experience providing QA/QC review of field forms, site forms, and reports
• Experience leading large and/or multiple crews on a variety of projects
• Experience preparing and managing budgets and scopes of work is preferred
• Experience with marketing, business development, and proposals is preferred
• Eligible for the Utah BLM permit (Great Basin or Statewide) and the Utah Public Lands Policy Coordination Office Permit (preferred)

Summary of Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Comply with ALL SWCA health and safety procedures (safety forms, safety plans, safety equipment, emergency contacts, etc.)
• Work with clients and agencies to avoid and/or resolve any project issues, address any project changes, provide updates on schedule and progress, and work out change orders as needed
• All aspects of project management and client coordination for a variety of projects (this includes managing budget and schedule, project kick-off and client coordination, file searches, developing historic contexts and research questions, organizing and leading pre-field meetings, organizing and leading research efforts, organizing and leading post-field meetings, writing and editing reports, and overall QA/QC responsibility)
• Develop new clients and maintain existing clients; develop proposals and budgets
• Establish an open atmosphere that welcomes questions, comments, and concerns
• Directly supervise and mentor employees
• Effectively develop and communicate the broad-spectrum program and company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with SWCA colleagues on multi-office or interdisciplinary projects

The most important aspect of this list is that it is for one purpose only.: announcing jobs/non paying volunteer postings in the international CRM field at all levels; Field Tech, Professors, SHPO's, etc...  Caveat Emptor though my friends.  Not all jobs pay the same, nor is their treatment of employees the same - as the companies are checking your references, you should also check them out - make sure they pay fair wages, treat their employees professionally, and do quality work.  If you have at least a BA you deserve fair remuneration, so ask for it, and in turn you provide your employer with excellent service.   You ARE a trained professional, NOT a "shovelbum"  - the name is in jest - act professional, expect to be treated like one.
