It will be based on two stage. In first stage candidate have to face competitive exam (i.e. preliminary exam) and second stage which is main exam.

Fee structure will be as follows :
For on line apply of application amount will be Rs. 1000/- and for off line users i.e. application by post will be Rs 1500/-
