R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. (RCG&A) has an immediate opening for a Lab Supervisor / Historic Artifact Analyst in our Frederick, Maryland office. The successful candidate will possess an advanced degree in anthropology or archeology, have a minimum of three years of experience working with archeological collections and curation standards and be proficient with databases and spreadsheets. Background in identification and classification of North American historic material culture is required, and familiarity with related current research is desired. Because this position includes supervisory responsibilities, demonstrated organizational and supervisory skills are required.
This is a full-time, salaried position that includes paid holidays; health and dental insurance (available after 3 months continuous employment); annual leave; and 401(k) participation (after one year). Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
