PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR/SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd., Seattle
Tierra Right of Way Services is seeking a Principal Investigator/Senior Project Manager for our Cultural Resources Division in Seattle, Washington. Applications are being accepted through April 30, 2012
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Division Director, who works from Tierra's Corporate Headquarters in Tucson, this position will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of ongoing Section 106 compliance projects across Washington State.
Responsibilities include fieldwork (statewide), staff supervision, report writing/review, and project management. Marketing, business development, and proposal writing are also required. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Salary range is $60-75k/year and is dependent on education and experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Background in archaeology and cultural resource management
Minimum of 10 years experience working on archaeological compliance projects in the state of Washington
Knowledge of Section 106 and associated WA statutes
Established relationships in the regulatory, Tribal, and archaeological communities in Washington and surrounding states
Demonstrable organization and supervisory skills
MA/MS in Anthropology/Archaeology required, PhD preferred
