CRA is currently seeking field techs for an upcoming Phase I project consisting of several widely spaced sections of pipeline in southeastern Ohio and southwest Pennsylvania.  Field work is expected to begin on August 15th and end September 7, 2012.  A bachelor’s degree in anthropology, attendance in a field school, field experience, and prior Phase I experience are required. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in the Upper Ohio Valley.  The work schedule will be two ten (10) day sessions of eight (8) hour days with four days off.  Compensation will not be provided for non-work days between the two field sessions.  Overtime is not anticipated, but will be paid for any work completed over 40 hours in a single work week.  Work days will begin and end at the job site.  The candidate needs to have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness and ability to work long hours in extreme heat.  Per diem will be $900 per ten (10) day session ($90 per work day) with each tech providing his or her own lodging.   The pay rate will be between $13.00-16.50 per hour.
