[phono-tx] Re: syllabic spoonerisms

I definitely would explore phonemic awareness skill. The full spectrum of those skills should be assessed, however, I would guess that the weaknesses causing the difficulting in processing sound sequences would best be addressed in the sound manipulation areas of therapy. I use a modified format from the Lindamood Materials. I would practice all forms of sound manipulation described in that program, with only sounds, prior to adding any letters.
