[ShovelBums.Org] Fwd: Additionsl info -Research Station Archeologist at Toltec Mounds

(Thanks to your ShovelBums co-moderator Jim for forwarding this to the list yesterday! Don't forget if you see a posting that you thinks fits on ShovelBums send it on in, we are all in this together)

Note from R. Joe. One goal for ShovelBums is to start having a broader impact for academic related postings (which the station archaeologist position below technically falls under). Since many of you who started with ShovelBums back in '99 are now faculty I want to reach out and ask you to seriously consider posting your department positions via ShovelBums. Not only does your announcement go out to 14,500+ archaeologist instantly, if one of those professionals are not right for the job, they likely know someone who is! And at $25 a position ShovelBums is a bargain in this tough economy.

So be sure to let them know you heard about this posting below on ShovelBums!

Best,

R. Joe

The most important aspect of this list is that it is for one purpose only.: announcing jobs/non paying volunteer postings in the international CRM field at all levels; Field Tech, Professors, SHPO's, etc...  Caveat Emptor though my friends.  Not all jobs pay the same, nor is their treatment of employees the same - as the companies are checking your references, you should also check them out - make sure they pay fair wages, treat their employees professionally, and do quality work.  If you have at least a BA you deserve fair remuneration, so ask for it, and in turn you provide your employer with excellent service.   You ARE a trained professional, NOT a "shovelbum"  - the name is in jest - act professional, expect to be treated like one.
