Midsouth Cultural Resource Consultants is searching for an individual qualified as a Principal Investigator in Indiana to conduct archaeological surveys on a consulting basis. Qualification in Kentucky is a plus but not essential. Work will primarily be based in southern Indiana and Kentucky. Interested parties should have experience (1) conducting all levels of CRM fieldwork but particularly Phase I surveys, (2) producing quality technical reports, (3) dealing with Section 106/110 and other compliance issues, and (4) conducting background research with the Indiana DHPA. Interested parties should be self-motivated and be able to manage multiple projects and budgets. Pay will be based on experience but will be competitive with typical rates for a P.I. If you do not meet the standards established by the Indiana DHPA to be a P.I., do not submit information.
