IDBI Bank Executive recruitment for 700 vacancies

This season in India, Banking recruitments are flowing through like anything. The Industrial Development Bank of India which is the leading Bank from country,has invited applications for Executives (on contractual basis) having 700 vacancies.

Total 700 post includes the reservation for the category candidates.The  selection procedure is based on the Quantitative aptitude test, Reasoning test and English Language test.

Important dates:
Starting and closing date for online application will be in between 02nd December 2010 to 16th December 2010 where as the
Date of written test will be 23rd January 2011

What will be age limitation?
Age limitation on will be 25 year 30th November 2011

Education qualification:
A candidate with Bachelor degree with minimum 55% for GEN/OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST can apply for it.

What will be pay scale?
Expected salary will be Rs. 12000/-for first year and will get increments yearly.

We are seeking to fill the position of Cultural Resources Team Leader for our Guam office. This position is a regular, full-time salaried position, reporting to the Guam Office Director. Salary will be based on individual qualifications and experience. The Guam office is currently staffed with an experienced and knowledgeable Principal Investigator, a human osteologist, lab supervisor, and field archaeologists. Projects entail prehistoric and historic archaeology, human osteology, NHPA Section 106 compliance, ethnography, and ethnohistory.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide management and leadership to SWCA's Cultural Resources program and staff in Guam and be able to maximize the talents of all cultural resources personnel.
• Creatively and ethically serve the needs of SWCA's current clients while actively establishing and expanding our client base and revenue in the field of cultural resources and environmental consulting.
• Conduct cultural resource consulting services and directly manage projects and key client contracts.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of applicable federal and local cultural resources laws.
• Be accountable for the financial success of individual projects as well as the attainment of personal goals such as business development, utilization and sales goals.
• Be accountable for hiring, directing, and mentoring senior and junior cultural resources staff, and overseeing their personal goals
• Enhance SWCA's professional reputation and demonstrate the ability to be creative and innovative with these tasks while representing SWCA in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the other Guam staff and management team to grow SWCA's operations throughout the Western Pacific area.
• Contribute to Regional business plans and business groups.
• Promote SWCA's mission, vision, and values.
 

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in archaeology, anthropology, or a related field required, Graduate degree preferred
• Five years experience in field work and report preparation to completion, as well as scheduling and budgeting of projects related to cultural resources.
• Three years experience at increasing levels of responsibility in cultural resources management, including supervising and leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in federal and local laws, legislation and regulations related to the management of cultural resources in Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn these.
• established credibility with cultural resource specialists at federal, state, and local agencies in Guam, CNMI, or demonstrated comparable relationships elsewhere in the US or US territories.
• Demonstrated performance and achievement in business development in both private and government sectors, as well as demonstrated success in writing proposals and winning contracts, preferably with the Department of Defense.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with supervisor and staff.
• Team-orientated attitude with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

SWCA is actively seeking a Cultural Resources Specialist for our Flagstaff office. This is a regular, full-time, hourly position that will report to the Office Director. The selected candidate will support existing projects in Northern Arizona as well as throughout the region. Pay rate will be based on individual qualifications and experience. Responsibilities:
• Participate in all aspects of projects, including fieldwork with extensive travel, research, and report writing
• Conduct and oversee field research, including inventory, data collection, monitoring, and analysis;
• Prepare proposals, reports, and other technical documents, monitor field procedures, and contribute to research designs;
• Work closely with SWCA planning staff to create cultural resources documents for (National Environmental Policy Act) NEPA compliance;

Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field strongly preferred, and at least two years of supervisory fieldwork and report completion experience required. Ability to travel extensively to support project fieldwork for any SWCA office required. Ability to be listed on SWCA permits. Experience in Arizona and/or within the consulting/CRM sphere a plus. Experience preparing cultural resources NEPA documentation a plus. Other qualifications include experience in scheduling and budgeting of projects related to cultural resources, excellent technical writing skills, a record of completing technical reports in a timely fashion, and ability to work independently as well as supervise small or large field crews. Ability to work with a variety of colleagues, clients, and agency representatives required. A commitment to quality and willingness to assume fiscal and scheduling responsibilities to projects of all sizes and scopes required.
