R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. has immediate openings for field archeologists to work out of our New Orleans, Louisiana office on local, non-per diem Phase II & III investigations. The duration of these projects is approximately 2 – 3 months and applicants must be able to commute to the New Orleans office on a daily basis. Minimum qualifications include a B.A. or B.S. in Archeology or Anthropology and satisfactory completion of an accredited field school.
These are salaried, temporary positions. Upon completion of this project, and based on merit and pending work load, full-time permanent positions may be offered to successful applicants. Such positions include paid holidays; health and dental insurance (available after 3 months continuous employment); annual leave; and 401(k) participation (after one year).
