[ShovelBums.Org] Full-time Archaeologist Position in Billings, MT

 

Ethnoscience, Inc., has an immediate opening for an archeologist. This
is a permanent full-time position headquartered in Billings, Montana;
with fieldwork projects located throughout the Northwest Plains
(Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming) and Plateau (Idaho,
Washington) cultural areas.

All applicants must have at minimum an M.A. or M.S. in Archeology or
Anthropology. Experience with data recovery at prehistoric sites on the
Northwest Plains is preferred, as is knowledge of Montana and North
Dakota archeology. Fieldwork is regularly performed on a 10 day on, 4
day off schedule.

The position is salaried; commensurate with experience. The position
includes health and dental insurance (available after 6 months
continuous employment); 401(k) participation and paid vacation (after
one year); and selected paid holidays. Ethnoscience, Inc., is an equal
