[phono-tx] tricks to reduce lateralizations?

Hi Everyone,
I have new client who is 9 years old and has major issues with lateralizations of s,z, sh, ch. Does anyone have some handy tricks to reduce these lateralizations?
Any ideas are much appreciated.
